What is the return policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like an alternative item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original piece for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces
Due to their nature, bespoke or commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

How should I care for my silk scarf?
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water with a silk-specific detergent. Avoid wringing the fabric and allow it to air dry flat. Store away from direct sunlight to preserve colour.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.
Will my scarf arrive gift-ready?
Each piece is presented in considered packaging, designed to reflect the craftsmanship and story behind the product. Bespoke packaging may also feature on selected editions.
